Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry a valid city and county business license (CPC-1459102), general liability coverage, and workers' compensation. That matters more than it might seem: if an uninsured company's worker gets hurt on your property, or causes damage while servicing your pool, you can be the one left covering it. Ask any pool company for proof of license and insurance before letting them on your property; not all of them can produce it.
Do you handle pool resurfacing, renovations, or new pool installations?
No, we focus on weekly maintenance, green-to-clean rescues, and minor repairs (filters, skimmer baskets, o-rings, and similar small fixes). We don't do resurfacing, structural work, or new pool builds, and we're upfront about it rather than take on a job we're not the right fit for. Keeping our focus narrow means the things we do handle, we handle well, with technicians who know the local water, landscaping, and equipment quirks of every neighborhood we serve.
Do you service short-term rental or vacation rental pools?
Yes. We work with Airbnb and VRBO hosts across Broward County, keeping pools guest-ready between bookings. We can work around tight turnover windows and flag anything that needs attention before your next check-in.
